This. Fucking. Town.

.

Troubles, my lady? Do I need to come be vaguely threatening at anyone? I've been practicing my GRR face.

.

Did you know there's a demon running the bookstore here? I didn't shoot him but I was really tempted to. He didn't recognize what I was though. Which was weird.

Emmit. There is a demon running the bookstore here. HERE. What is up with this town???

I like your GRR face. It's cute.

.

Shooting random people demonic or otherwise in book stores is probably a bad plan. It's a small town. As for what's up with it...I'm going with 'we're fictional characters in a campy tv show' today. Makes about as much sense as anything else, right? I'm the Love Interest!

Ans shit, if it's cute, it definitely needs work. I'm trying to work up to 'mildly disconcerting'.

.

Campy TV Show, huh? So if you're the love interest, that makes me the heroine, right?

Does it help if I think you're rather appealing, if a little scary, when you're angry? I'm never sure what impulse I want to go with!

.

That makes you the heroine. I'm the Love Interest, or maybe the Plucky Sidekick. Though they usually get messily killed to further the story.

Tell me more about this dual impulse factor...

.

I think it depends on the particular camp tv show. Xander survived all seven seasons. Okay so he lost an eye, but I try to ignore the last two seasons of Buffy. Or we could spin it and YOU are the hero and I'm plucky sidekick turned love interest.

The dual impulse factor involved either duck and cover or ideas of bodice ripping behind the wheelhouse.

.

Darling, one of us is sidekick material, and it isn't you. I am definitely the Xander of the equation. Wait, and you're the Buffy, so that's just a weird pairing. Remind me again why I'm secure in our relationship?

Does this mean you're going to start wearing a bodice? I'm sure we can find a wheelhouse somewhere.

.

Everyone is the hero of their own story, dearest. And you are my hero. How's that for security? Besides, plenty of people out there support Xander/Buffy as a viable relationship.

>.> It could mean that.

.

Yeah but aren't those people weird? I could take the role of your hero though, I'm good with that.

You find a bodice, I'll find a wheelhouse.

.

Well, does that make us weird then? Because we'd support Xander and Buffy by definition because they are, essentially, like us.

Barns are good too. If there's a barn. With a decent hayloft.
